What you will do

• Contribute to the stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of critical banking applications.
• Understand end-to-end operational business flows to propose appropriate technical solutions.
• Manage and monitor support tickets, directly handling issues or coordinating with technical teams.
• Participate in project implementations, including analysis, testing, and go-live preparation.
• Administer, support, and maintain core banking and satellite applications like T24, Bobatools, and Hypersuite.
• Actively promote continuous improvement, identifying inefficiencies and implementing automation.
• Define, monitor, and maintain KPIs for system performance and operational efficiency.
• Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.

Requirements

• More than 3 years of experience in the banking sector, preferably in an operational or application support role.
• Highly organised and autonomous, with the ability to manage priorities independently.
• Curious and solution-oriented, with a strong interest in understanding complex systems and problem-solving.
• Strong stress management skills, able to operate effectively in a demanding and time-sensitive environment.
