What you will do

  • Manage the delivery of annual Assessment of Value and Consumer Duty Value for Money assessments.
  • Support the design and improvement of operational processes across the Product team.
  • Coordinate product lifecycle reviews and track resulting actions.
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, and Internal Audit to implement governance frameworks.
  • Prepare and enhance management information and reporting for committees and boards.
  • Lead the development of templates and tools to support consistent product governance.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of asset management and regulatory frameworks.
  • Degree or equivalent, with professional qualifications (e.g., IMC, CFA, CAIA) highly desirable.
  • Experience in product strategy, development, and lifecycle management.
  • High attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Effective communication and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Project management experience across cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of pooled product structures including UCITS and non-UCITS.
  • Ability to adapt to regulatory change and embed best practice.
