What you will do
- Drive demand creation and revenue growth within the global automotive sales & marketing organization.
- Work independently to achieve team and individual business goals in revenue and market share.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned customer account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-region/cross-function NXP teams and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master degree in EE preferred.
- Knowledge of software and hardware embedded systems.
- Knowledge of automotive electronics preferred.
- Good listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good verbal and communication skills in Chinese and English.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Frequent domestic travel required.
- Be proactive, self-motivated, and a good team member.
