Salary: US $95,000–$106,000; UK £55,000–£64,000

What you will do

• Influence strategic private-sector engagement by developing BD strategies, donor plans, and positioning materials for protection priorities.
• Drive business development through advisory support, proposal leadership, and technical expertise in donor meetings.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including fundraisers, technical units, and marketing to align on funding pipelines and processes.
• Manage strategic partnership portfolios, ensuring compliance, stewardship, and long-term donor engagement.
• Represent Impact @ Scale priorities in agile teams and thought leadership groups to mobilize resources.

Requirements

• 6-7 years experience in programs, fundraising, or advocacy at large INGOs, with global protection programming.
• Strong communication, relationship management, writing, and presentation skills for technical and lay audiences.
• Experience in fundraising, grants management, proposal development, and multi-million-dollar partnerships.
• Bachelor’s degree in international development, social work, or equivalent; demonstrated cross-cultural team collaboration.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in related field.
• Knowledge of IRC languages (Spanish, French, Arabic).
• International experience in diverse contexts.
