What you will do

• Serve as a lead architectural and technical authority for Financial Services engagements.
• Engage with C-suite and senior leaders to shape AI-enabled transformation agendas.
• Define secure, scalable, and sovereign-ready architectures across data platforms, AI/ML, GenAI, and cloud infrastructure.
• Lead the design of industry-specific AI solutions for banking, insurance, payments, capital markets, and regulatory use cases.
• Act as a core member of the FSI go-to-market leadership team, supporting regional strategies.
• Coach and mentor other architects, engineers, and delivery teams on Financial Services engagements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience across enterprise architecture, cloud, data, data analytics, AI/ML, or large-scale technology platforms.
• Significant hands-on experience working with Financial Services institutions (banking, insurance, capital markets, payments, or regulators).
• Proven ability to define, evangelize, and execute end-to-end technology roadmaps for large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Strong track record engaging and influencing senior executives and C-level stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, large-scale data platforms, cloud and hybrid architectures, AI/ML, and GenAI architectures.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technology conversations.

Nice to have

• Experience with Enterprise, microservices, and event-driven architecture patterns.
• Familiarity with Cloud platforms like Azure, G42 Cloud, Huawei Cloud, AWS, GCP.
• Knowledge of Frontend & Backend technologies including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, Node.js.
• Proficiency in AI/ML architectures and Python-based development.
• Experience with Databases and data platforms such as Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, MariaDB.
• Understanding of API & integration technologies (REST, SOAP, event streaming), IAM, SSO, OAuth, AD/LDAP.
• Containerization & orchestration using Docker, Kubernetes, and observability tools like ELK stack.
• Experience with DevOps & CI/CD pipelines and automation.
