TL;DR
Staff Software Engineer, Backend (Platform - Onboarding): Architecting and developing scalable user onboarding platforms with an accent on internationalization and regulatory compliance. Focus on improving user conversion funnels and building high-quality, maintainable backend services.
Location: This is a hybrid role; in-person participation for team and company-wide offsites is required annually.
Salary: ₹8,953,275—₹9,424,500 INR

What you will do
- Architect and develop scalable platforms for user onboarding.
- Improve user conversion funnels (Onboarding and MTU) across the globe.
- Provide technical structure to teams, working closely with management and stakeholders to define strategic roadmaps.
- Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables using technical expertise.
- Mentor and train other team members on design techniques and coding standards.
- Plan and implement multi-year strategy for platform engineering with technical leadership.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
- 2+ years of experience with service-oriented architecture.
- Experience upleveling junior engineers via processes and setting a high bar.
- Knowledge of high-quality code and software engineering processes.
- Passion for building an open financial system.
Nice to have
- Experience with Golang, gRPC, and MongoDB.
- Experience of building platforms.
