TL;DR

Program Manager III, Engineering (Cybersecurity): Leading complex, cross-functional programs to deliver critical infrastructure initiatives with an accent on cloud migrations, platform modernization, reliability improvements, and cost optimization. Focus on driving scheduling, scoping, and execution of large-scale programs and orchestrating cross-functional execution across global teams.

Location: This role is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days per week on-site at one of the posted locations (Sunnyvale, CA or Remote, NY). Also open to remote work from Ontario, Canada.

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale infrastructure initiatives.
  • Translate business and engineering priorities into clear roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
  • Create and drive project schedules, managing dependencies and progress.
  • Collaborate with worldwide business units to coordinate project involvement and goals.
  • Identify, track, and manage dependencies and critical issues across teams.
  • Partner with leadership and technical teams to drive project deliverables and decisions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of technical program/project management experience in large-scale infrastructure or cloud environments.
  • Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, SRE practices, and modern platform architectures.
  • Proficient in Jira and familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Outstanding communication skills for all audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Must work effectively with cross-functional teams worldwide.
