What you will do

• Lead cross-functional pre-project teams for automation, electrical, and digital scopes.
• Translate customer requirements into conceptual designs and solution configurations.
• Support sales by developing and presenting automation and digital solutions.
• Benchmark supplier quotations and validate automation architectures.
• Engage with customers to explain features, benefits, and operational value.
• Manage multiple pre-projects and ensure alignment between sales, engineering, and customer expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Automation, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Process Control, or related fields.
• Eight or more years of experience in similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of Siemens, Rockwell, AVEVA, and Ignition platforms.
• Good understanding of MES systems, IT, and OT technologies including networking, connectivity, virtualization, and cybersecurity.
• Proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with web application development using .NET C#, HTML, Java, or Web Services.
• Knowledge of hirify.global PlantMaster, ISA 88, or ISA 95.
• Local language skills.
