What you will do

• Assist in conducting tests and research, primarily targeting gamers in Japan and North America.
• Expand channels to source target players, create and translate questionnaires, and recruit participants.
• Execute tests to uncover player behaviors, emotions, and experience needs for product development.
• Monitor product development progress and conduct competitive research to provide professional recommendations.
• Track the implementation and resolution of identified user experience issues.
• Proactively explore new possibilities and contribute to knowledge management by utilizing AI tools.

Requirements

• Passion for gaming, with extensive gaming experience or a deep understanding of specific game genres.
• Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N1 or N2 level.
• Proficient in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Notion to enhance efficiency.
• Fluency in both spoken and written English is a significant plus.
