What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and enhance the modern data platform, including creating reusable data models for financial reporting.
• Write and maintain reports and dashboards, ensuring data security, reliability, and accuracy through automated tests and stakeholder collaboration.
• Utilize SQL and dbt to build, test, and deploy data transformation models while maintaining data quality.
• Design and develop advanced SSRS reports and Power BI dashboards for complex datasets, ensuring high performance and user-friendly interfaces.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, promote best practices, conduct code reviews, and facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Manage various projects and stakeholders, providing estimates and effectively handling priority incidents.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in SQL, with the ability to perform root cause analysis for data processing and reporting issues.
• Experience designing, building, and optimizing robust datasets in Snowflake and dbt.
• Proven experience creating reports and dashboards using SSRS and PowerBI.
• Experience with cloud data platforms, CI/CD, ETL/ELT, and data modeling (Azure Ecosystem, Azure DevOps, Azure Data Factory, Fivetran).
• Exposure to data-sharing and governance controls (e.g., data masking, RBAC policies).
• Experience in the Investment or Financial industry.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
