What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and enhance the modern data platform including reusable data models for financial reporting.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards using SSRS and Power BI.
• Ensure data security, reliability, and accuracy through automated tests and stakeholder collaboration.
• Break down complex deliverables into manageable stages and provide estimates to stakeholders.
• Build, test, and deploy data transformation models using SQL and dbt.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, promote best practices, conduct code reviews, and manage multiple projects and priorities.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Makati City, Philippines
• Strong proficiency in SQL and root cause analysis for data issues.
• Experience with Snowflake, dbt, SSRS, Power BI, CI/CD, Git, and Azure ecosystem (Azure DevOps, Azure Data Factory).
• Knowledge of data modeling, ETL/ELT techniques, data migration, and governance controls (data masking, RBAC).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in investment or financial industry.
