Data Analytics Specialist (PowerBI)

Data Analytics Specialist (PowerBI): Transforming marketing and campaign data into clear insights, dashboards, and performance projections with an accent on data-driven decision-making. Focus on designing, building, and maintaining Power BI dashboards, analyzing marketing performance, and communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Location: This is a permanent full-time role based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig following a hybrid work model setup (at least 2 in office days per week). Amenability to work the midshift (4PM - 1AM) throughout the work week and at least two to three a week in the hirify.global office at BGC, Taguig.

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and recurring reports using Power BI.
• Analyze marketing, campaign, and digital performance data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
• Translate business questions into structured analytical outputs to support planning and decision-making.
• Develop trend-based analyses and performance projections using historical data.
• Analyze data from Salesforce, Google Analytics (GA4), and other marketing systems.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations to communicate insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in data analytics, marketing analytics, or a related analytical role.
• Strong experience in data analysis and data visualization, with hands-on expertise in Power BI.
• Ability to analyze historical data and create trend-based projections or forecasts.
• Strong documentation skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Amenability to work the midshift (4PM - 1AM) throughout the work week.
• At least two to three days per week in the hirify.global office at BGC, Taguig.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Salesforce and Google Analytics (GA4) for performance analysis.
• Experience working with large datasets and consuming data from platforms such as Databricks.
