Location: Must be a permanent US resident. Not hiring in Alabama, Alaska, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Iowa, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Mexico, Rhode Island, South Dakota and West Virginia

Salary: $63,000

What you will do

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through onboarding and strategy calls.
• Assist customers with setup, provide training, and share best practices for success.
• Identify and cater to individual customer needs and engagement preferences.
• Manage operational tasks in SalesForce, including scheduling meetings and ensuring task completion.

Requirements

• A positive, helpful, and professional attitude.
• Understanding of hirify.global products and services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in SaaS environments.
• Must be a permanent US resident.
