What you will do

• Own and champion the overall design vision for key projects, ensuring creativity and strategic alignment.
• Lead early-stage design direction for prototypes and define long-term creative roadmaps.
• Drive studio-level design quality through high-level reviews and strategic conversations.
• Establish and refine design processes, building scalable workflows and best practices.
• Guide project success using a user-first design approach, leveraging insights and analytics.
• Lead mentorship and talent development to shape future design leaders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in relevant game genres and AAA-level production.
• Proven track record in console development with at least 2 shipped titles in a senior or director-level role.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and high-level decision-making capabilities.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience collaborating with external partners, licensors, and IP holders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and influence at an organizational scale.
