TL;DR
Enablement & Adoption Specialist (AI Enterprise Platform): Own and pioneer the Partner Enablement strategy, designing and building scalable enablement programs from the ground up. Focus on aligning initiatives with partner success outcomes, driving long-term partner growth, and redefining partner enablement for frontier AI technologies.
Location: Hybrid in Toronto or New York

What you will do
- Pioneer and execute a comprehensive, innovative partner enablement strategy, including scalable onboarding processes and continuous learning paths.
- Develop a deep expertise in ’s agent foundry North and models, confidently articulating value propositions and technical capabilities.
- Develop tiered certification programs to validate partner expertise across sales and technical domains.
- Build next-generation co-selling frameworks and foster cross-functional partnerships with various teams to align enablement content.
- Design globally scalable enablement blueprints and frameworks that adapt to diverse user profiles and regional markets.
- Create and maintain dynamic, engaging live and digital training programs, enablement assets, and certification resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in partner/sales enablement, strategic partnerships, sales engineering, or strategy & operations within high-tech or enterprise software companies.
- Proven track record of building and scaling innovative enablement programs and certification frameworks.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, engaging content.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel regionally and globally, when necessary.
Nice to have
- Track record of success in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Consulting experience at a top-tier firm or in a strategic advisory role.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software sales processes, partner ecosystem dynamics, and channel strategies.
- Experience developing adoption programs for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS), partner portals, and content curation platforms.
