What you will do

• Serve as an AdTech solutions consultant and technical product expert during client meetings.
• Create narratives, presentations, and reports to convey EMS product value to clients and prospects.
• Organize and respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.
• Gather technical requirements from clients and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to architect and develop solutions.
• Manage client data ingestion processes and configure solutions using standard EMS Identity and Collaboration products.
• Provide technical support for ongoing business development projects and resolve client implementation issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or Solutions Consultant.
• Proficient knowledge of digital and offline marketing, data, and underlying technology, especially AdTech.
• Experience asking critical questions to scope projects and gather detailed product requirements.
• Proficiency in data analysis and SQL.
• Knowledge of core internet/web technologies and digital marketing/advertising technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple client and prospect accounts simultaneously.
