What you will do
- Source and identify top technical talent across various platforms for roles including Cyber Security, Infrastructure, and Engineering.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical requirements and optimize interviewing best practices.
- Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and fostering positive relationships.
- Coordinate and facilitate technical interviews and assessments with engineering teams.
- Present and negotiate job offers, explaining benefits and compensation details.
- Maintain accurate records and provide reports on recruitment progress and challenges.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Technical Recruiter with a proven track record in technical positions (software engineers, DevOps, Cloud Platform, Hardware Engineer, Solutions Architect, etc.).
- Strong understanding of technical roles, programming languages (Python, Java, JavaScript), development frameworks, and industry-specific tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Linux, GPUs, Kubernetes).
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must be a U.S. person (citizen, national, green card holder, refugee, or asylee) to comply with U.S. Government export regulations.
