TL;DR

Compliance Analyst (SOX): Delivering technical compliance and GRC capabilities to a key client, ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal control requirements. Focus on collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess risks, implement effective controls, and provide guidance on SOX best practices.

Location: Manchester, Woking, Birmingham, London. Hybrid working with a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time. Must be eligible for Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks.

What you will do

  • Deliver GRC SOX services and reporting to customers.
  • Support customers in delivering SOX Governance.
  • Collaborate with internal and customer teams to develop SOX services, reporting deliverables, and improvements.
  • Assist with changes to the ISMS proposed by customers and provide documented updates to processes and responsibilities.
  • Ensure adherence to strict quality and change management processes.

Requirements

  • Experience in Security Risk, Compliance, and Data privacy.
  • Strong experience with SOX Audit standards and ISO 27001:2013.
  • Experience with SOX standard and regulatory requirements.
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in risk assessment and process improvements.
  • Certification in SOX, ISO 27001:2022 LA/LI, GDPR, PCI DSS or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to adhere to strict quality and change management process.
