Location: Onsite in London, United Kingdom
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (including London weighting)

What you will do
- Develop, test, and evaluate AI/ML tools for content creation across multiple media formats.
- Rapidly prototype creative technology solutions and integrate them into production workflows.
- Collaborate with creative, editorial, and production teams to explore new formats and IP opportunities.
- Manage datasets, benchmark models, and ensure responsible AI/ML use in creative environments.
- Translate creative challenges into technical solutions and communicate options clearly.
- Continuously research emerging tools and trends to maintain innovation leadership.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in London, UK.
- Proven experience applying AI/ML in media, production, VFX, gaming, animation, or R&D-driven creative environments.
- Advanced skills in Python, AWS, Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Node, React, or similar frameworks.
- Hands-on prototyping experience building artist-friendly tools using agile methods.
- Strong understanding of production environments and integration of tools in creative pipelines.
- Practical experience with AI/ML for content generation, animation, compositing, and model evaluation.
Nice to have
- Experience with XR, markerless motion capture, splats, and virtual production.
