What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for core Cars platform and experience capabilities.
• Partner with User Experience, Engineering, Data Science, and Architecture to design robust systems.
• Define and optimize search and matching experiences for Cars by leveraging machine learning–driven capabilities.
• Collaborate with B2B stakeholders across organizations to translate their business models into clear product requirements.
• Drive cross-team alignment and execution across multiple domains within the Cars ecosystem.
• Safely integrate and operate AI/ML‑enabled solutions that improve outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management building and scaling complex technical platforms or APIs.
• Proven track record working closely with engineering and data science teams on system design, API design, data modeling.
• Demonstrated experience with machine learning–powered products or search/relevance systems.
• Strong experience collaborating with platform stakeholders, defining roadmaps that balance customer experience, platform scalability, and partner needs.

Nice to have

• Experience leading product strategy for large-scale products that support multi-tenant use cases across multiple lines of business.
• Background working with ML teams to define data contracts, feedback loops, and evaluation metrics for continuous model and product improvement.
• Demonstrated success modernizing complex, layered, or legacy architectures into scalable, resilient, and observable systems.
• Track record of data-driven decision-making using experimentation, statistical analysis, or advanced analytics.
• Familiarity with AI-driven systems, tools, or workflows.
