What you will do

• Collaborate on design and execution plans for HashiCorp tool implementations and associated integrations.
• Design, implement, and manage HashiCorp enterprise solutions and third-party integrations.
• Create support documentation, automation, and runbooks.
• Assist with software patches and upgrades to HashiCorp enterprise solutions in non-production environments.
• Consult with various customer application, platform, and operations teams on integrating their tools with HashiCorp solutions.
• Build automation for the deployment, management, and operation of HashiCorp solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience operating Linux and Windows systems.
• Basic understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle, CI/CD, and version control solutions.
• Basic understanding of Infrastructure as Code.
• Exposure to and general understanding of at least one public cloud service provider.
• Ability to work well in group environments and independently.
• Ability to explain complex technical topics in simple terms.
• Familiarity with common security and compliance requirements.
• Must have the ability to work without a need for current or future visa sponsorship.
• Subject to additional background checks and screening performed by the customer.
