What you will do

• Identify, investigate, monitor, and resolve customer issues following standards and processes.
• Analyze business requirements and technical gaps to support business strategies.
• Conduct risk assessments, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and quality assurance.
• Communicate client feedback to technology teams to improve deliverables.
• Lead projects and collaborate with engineering leadership in Slovakia and the US.

Requirements

• Must be located in Slovakia to work onsite in Kosice.
• Experience with DataOps, AWS infrastructure, monitoring, and alerting solutions.
• Strong customer focus and systems thinking skills.
• Proven team leading and project leadership experience.
• Knowledge of application design and technical troubleshooting.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.

Nice to have

• Background in ITIL and/or ITSM processes.
• Experience with agile methodology.
