What you will do

• Provide high-level desktop support within a fast-paced trading environment.
• Work directly with Traders and Front Office staff to resolve technical issues.
• Implement automation strategies using Python and PowerShell to streamline end-user workflows.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Windows, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Support critical market data applications such as Bloomberg and FactSet.
• Travel internationally to provide support to EMEA and APAC regional offices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in desktop support within a trading environment.
• Strong proficiency in automation tools including Python and PowerShell.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience managing and troubleshooting market data applications like Bloomberg or FactSet.
• Willingness to travel to EMEA and APAC offices as needed.
• Must be prepared to be based in Jersey (relocation package provided).
