The client is a Hedge Fund seeking a Senior Desktop Support Specialist for their Jersey office.

What you will do

• Provide high-level desktop support in a fast-paced trading environment.
• Work directly with Traders and Front Office staff to ensure seamless operations.
• Utilize PowerShell, Python, and other automation tools to enhance the End User environment.
• Support global users by traveling to EMEA and APAC offices as required.
• Manage and support Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and market data applications.

Requirements

• Excellent desktop support experience, preferably within a trading environment.
• Strong experience with automation tools, specifically PowerShell and Python.
• Proficient in all-round End User support, including Windows, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience supporting market data applications such as Bloomberg and FactSet.
• Willingness to travel to EMEA and APAC offices regularly.
