What you will do

• Develop HRIS connectors for Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and other major providers.
• Integrate with Salesforce for account/opportunity and nonprofit data synchronization.
• Build Salesforce AppExchange packages.
• Integrate nonprofit verification APIs for vetting workflows.
• Implement webhook infrastructure for event-driven cross-product communication.
• Design REST API endpoints with OpenAPI documentation.
• Enable cross-product data linking and tenant mapping.

Requirements

• Expert use of AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or equivalent).
• Proficient in REST API design and implementation (OpenAPI/Swagger).
• Strong experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
• Experience with Salesforce API integration (REST, Bulk API, Streaming API).
• Knowledge of HRIS integration patterns (SCIM, flat file, API-based).
• Familiarity with webhook design and reliable delivery patterns.
• Experience with Aurora PostgreSQL for cross-system data modeling.
• Proficiency with AWS Lambda and API Gateway.
• Experience using OAuth2 for third-party service authentication.
