Salary: €107,000–€178,900 gross per year

What you will do

• Drive the co-creation of the domain's engineering strategy and align it with the product vision.
• Improve and own the Supply domain part of hirify.global Marketplace.
• Collaborate with leadership to set best practices for software engineering.
• Act as a technical leader, initiating and supporting projects across the domain and organisation.
• Create and maintain a technical roadmap for the domain, ensuring team involvement in execution.
• Collaborate with other domains on overarching deliverables and shared technical responsibilities.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a technical engineering leader (Staff/Principal equivalent) with successful delivery of major, company-wide technical initiatives.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical goals to diverse audiences.
• Experience driving a clear architectural vision through collaboration and iterative software design.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Experience with high-scale, distributed systems (handling 2+ million requests per minute).
• Deep knowledge of observability tools (Kibana, Grafana, Datadog) and a passion for introducing new practices.
