Location: Hybrid role based in London, United Kingdom, with teams in the office around four days a week.

What you will do

• Own recurring deliverables, reports, feedback requests, and process governance for Prime Video operations.
• Collaborate with Operations Managers to enable the delivery of key process, tools, and governance workstreams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for OpenDoor teams regarding technology and platforms.
• Implement and govern efficient ways of working to drive productivity.
• Resolve finance and process queries for clients.
• Coordinate and train local teams on Prime Video ways of working, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders on timescales, best practices, and SLAs.

Requirements

• Experience in client liaison and account management.
• Strong results-orientation with the ability to manage upwards.
• Excellent organizational skills, including prioritizing and delivering work.
• Good communication skills to build strong relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Windows) is essential.
• Experience in delivering complex technical implementations across various platforms.
• Must be based in London, United Kingdom.
• English B2+ required.
