What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end SDL Portfolio Roadmap (approximately 20 multi-market projects) across EMAP.
• Assure planning and coordination of initiatives following hirify.global Project Management Framework.
• Coordinate delivery with 7 market CIOs and engage over 200 application owners.
• Ensure adherence to corporate security policies, cloud governance frameworks, and regulatory obligations.
• Manage portfolio budget, forecast, resource utilisation, and provide transparent executive-level reporting.
• Align portfolio projects with Risk Controls and ensure DR and ITSCM solutions are associated.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in similar senior leadership roles in multinational environments.
• Experience managing large-scale, multi-market technology portfolios, leading IT/infrastructure/Cloud/functional teams.
• Detailed understanding of service management and the ITIL framework.
• Experience in complex cloud adoption programmes (private, public, hybrid) including Azure, AWS, GCP.
• Expertise in structured delivery methodologies (PMI, Prince2, SAFe).
