Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Den Haag, Netherlands. Work is strictly onsite.

What you will do

• Create and annotate complex, high-quality training data across text, image, and video modalities.
• Write grammatically correct content in diverse styles while adhering to strict guidelines.
• Perform audits and quality assurance on tasks completed by other team members.
• Analyze ambiguous information to make sound, logical judgments during data processing.
• Identify tooling bugs and collaborate with engineers to suggest improvements.
• Engage in regular team meetings and training sessions to maintain high data quality standards.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Dutch and English (C1 level required).
• Must work onsite in Den Haag, Monday through Friday.
• Strong understanding of Dutch and U.S. culture and social norms.
• Excellent research skills with an understanding of academic integrity.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus for extended periods.
• Comfortable with high-school level STEM topics.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience working with command line interfaces and UNIX commands.
• Familiarity with markup languages like HTML, XML, Markdown or data formats like JSON/CSV.
• Working knowledge of Python or other scripting languages.
• Previous experience with LLM training or complex data annotation.
