What you will do

• Manage the production systems for TEC-Digital Banking Platforms solutions.
• Articulate and document business requirements for projects and change requests.
• Manage vendor service levels and quality of development.
• Provide business with required technical support, assessments, and reports.
• Monitor and resolve incident and problem tickets to prevent SLA breaches.
• Review vendor proposals and facilitate UAT for projects and releases.

Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in Wealth Management Domain in Banking.
• Experience with Advent tools like APX, Tradex, Syncova, Advnet Investrack, and Reachout.
• Experience with TradeNet and corebanking systems (ETHIX).
• Experience with databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, PL SQL, and Postgres DB.
• Experience with Java and WebLogic.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
