User Experience Designer

TL;DR

User Experience Designer (UX Design): Independently executing designs for moderately complex projects within the Core Platform team, leveraging user research insights and aligning with product goals. Focus on shaping foundational capabilities for hirify.global Cloud, designing scalable systems for identity, access, and cross-product consistency, and integrating with AI and Experience Orchestration capabilities.

Location: Based in Ireland with flexible work-from-home options.

What you will do

• Independently execute UX designs for defined projects, leveraging user research insights and aligning with project goals.
• Clearly communicate design decisions and rationale, collaborating with product management and engineering.
• Participate in UX discovery efforts, including conducting competitor audits and crafting user stories.
• Proactively seek mentorship and contribute actively to the team's collective knowledge and skills.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in user experience design.
• Proficiency with Figma and low-fi collaboration tools like Miro/FigJam.
• Experience with various UX research methodologies.
• Ability to connect design to product strategy and user needs.
• Good communication skills, capable of clearly presenting design ideas and gathering feedback across teams.
• Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in designing for complex enterprise-level applications, specifically support or call centers.
