What you will do
- Independently drive high-volume candidate pipeline, managing application review and utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Own the candidate lifecycle, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive experience from start to finish.
- Act as the go-to person for all things legal recruiting, with ideas on how to attract lawyers to our unique, remote Legal Network openings.
Requirements
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a high-volume agency environment.
- Experience sourcing and hiring lawyers is required.
- Working knowledge of recruiting technologies and sourcing tools (e.g., Greenhouse or Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GSuite).
- Ability to effectively connect, engage, and communicate with stakeholders across the business as well as legal candidates at all levels.
- Ability to think strategically, intuitively solve problems, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Driven by deadlines and energized by meeting and exceeding targets.
