What you will do

• Lead discovery sessions with clients on technical requirements and business processes related to financial instruments.
• Gather and document full implementation scope and requirements.
• Articulate design rationale and functional strategy as it relates to accomplishing goals.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for financial instruments and risk, training clients and internal teams.
• Participate in building and implementing the solution, ensuring it proceeds on-specification and budget.
• Help support and troubleshoot delivered work, provide Tier 2 support for escalated client issues, and identify up-selling opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in Treasury, Relationship Banking, or Fintech.
• Proven track record in project management and implementations.
• Thorough understanding of the market environment for financial instruments and supporting systems.
• Adept with financial math.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, comfortable dealing with senior managers.
• Ability to quickly identify, analyze, and resolve problems, multi-task, and adapt to rapidly changing needs.
• English: B2 required.

• Enrollment in CFA, CTP, or other professional programs.
