What you will do

  • Make outbound cold calls to business owners using provided lead lists.
  • Introduce payment processing solutions and qualify client interest.
  • Schedule appointments with senior sales advisors for further consultation.
  • Adhere to established scripts and messaging frameworks.
  • Track call activity, appointment bookings, and outcomes in the client's CRM.
  • Maintain professionalism and persistence through high call volumes and objection handling.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in cold calling and appointment setting (B2B preferred).
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone presence.
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily.
  • Ability to follow scripts while adapting tone to different personalities.
  • Self-motivated and resilient in handling rejection and objections.
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for phone-based work.

Nice to have

  • Experience in payment processing, financial services, or merchant services sales.
