What you will do

• Provide 24/7 technical oversight of a Global Cyber Operations Center supporting Army CONUS and OCONUS theaters
• Monitor outages, track customer impact, and facilitate incident resolution
• Make decisions on cyber operations, service delivery, and incident response, including after-hours leadership
• Manage Authorized Service Interruptions and ensure situational awareness for prioritization of IT incidents
• Ensure accurate reporting to senior leaders and maintain conformance to service level targets
• Monitor cyber assets using multiple tools and respond to network alerts and emergencies

Requirements

• Must have active in-scope Secret Clearance
• High school diploma plus 1 year experience or AA/AS plus 4 years experience including 1+ years military operations experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work flexible rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
• Basic IT knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office
• Understanding of Army missions and ability to interact professionally with Army customers

Nice to have

• ITIL Foundations v4 certification
• Prior military IT operations experience at Brigade level or higher
• Attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure
