TL;DR

Professional Services Consultant (Fintech): Designing and implementing financial instrument functionality within a Treasury management system for clients with an accent on understanding client business requirements and ensuring on-budget, on-specification delivery. Focus on leading discovery sessions, documenting implementation scope, and participating in solution building and support.

Location: Hybrid model requiring 10+ days of in-office collaboration per month.

What you will do

  • Lead discovery sessions with clients on their business, technical requirements, and processes.
  • Gather, understand, and document the full scope of implementation requirements.
  • Support and troubleshoot delivered work throughout the implementation phase.
  • Ensure client expectations are met or exceeded in terms of product setup and services.
  • Ensure implementation proceeds on-specification and within budget.
  • Participate in the building and implementation of the treasury solution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Treasury, Relationship Banking, or Fintech.
  • Proven experience in a corporate Treasury and/or Treasury Management software.
  • Proven track record in project work, including implementing treasury systems and good knowledge of project management tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface and influence at multiple organizational levels.
  • Ability to quickly identify, analyze, and resolve problems and issues.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfort dealing with senior managers in client-based environments.
