What you will do

• Lead the Reporting & Analytics stream within the ERP transformation program, ensuring successful, on-time, and high-quality delivery.
• Manage a team of data and BI developers utilizing a Microsoft technology stack, providing technical guidance and setting priorities.
• Own the stream's scope and roadmap, including defining the project plan and proactively managing risks and dependencies.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of reporting and analytics solutions from design to hypercare.
• Engage with senior business and IT stakeholders, serving as the primary escalation point for related topics.
• Support user enablement, training, and change management for new reporting tool adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration, Data & Analytics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in ERP, reporting, or analytics roles.
• Proven experience in large-scale global ERP transformation programs (e.g., Oracle, SAP S/4HANA).
• Solid technical experience with Microsoft-based data engineering and business intelligence tools.
• Proven ability to lead and govern external vendors and delivery partners.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
