IAM Administrator

Focus on overseeing access control mechanisms and the secure governance of company-wide SaaS applications, subscriptions, and shared accounts.

What you will do

• Own and continuously improve the company’s Okta IAM environment.
• Manage the full user lifecycle (joiner–mover–leaver) processes in a structured and secure manner.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models.
• Configure and manage SSO and MFA policies across integrated systems, leading SaaS application integrations.
• Ensure access management aligns with the principle of least privilege, conducting periodic access reviews and supporting audit/compliance.
• Manage centralized access control for company-owned SaaS tools, subscriptions, and shared accounts, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Cyber Security, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) or a related security/IT field.
• Solid understanding of SSO protocols, including SAML, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect.
• Strong knowledge of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and identity lifecycle management.
• Experience integrating SaaS applications into centralized IAM environments.
• Practical experience with Okta (strongly preferred) and exposure to Cloud IAM concepts.
