What you will do
- Own and continuously improve the company’s Okta IAM environment.
- Manage the full user lifecycle (joiner–mover–leaver) processes in a structured and secure manner.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models.
- Configure and manage SSO and MFA policies across integrated systems, leading SaaS application integrations.
- Ensure access management aligns with the principle of least privilege, conducting periodic access reviews and supporting audit/compliance.
- Manage centralized access control for company-owned SaaS tools, subscriptions, and shared accounts, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Cyber Security, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) or a related security/IT field.
- Solid understanding of SSO protocols, including SAML, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect.
- Strong knowledge of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and identity lifecycle management.
- Experience integrating SaaS applications into centralized IAM environments.
- Practical experience with Okta (strongly preferred) and exposure to Cloud IAM concepts.
