What you will do
- Perform research on the Internet and enter data into a software system.
- Cooperate with other team members to deliver product in line with quality standards.
- Adhere to high quality and productivity standards.
- Receive assigned lists of financial advisors and groups for research, with guidance on data sources.
- Use internal and external resources to locate contact information for advisors.
- Enter found information for advisors in a system and record when no data is found.
Requirements
- Computer literacy and familiarity with web browsers, internet search engines (Google), Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
- Data entry skills including accurate typing, attention to detail, methodical, and highly organized.
- Ability to work against deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to combine information from various sources.
- Task-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Familiarity with how people seek the services of a financial advisor to manage their money.
