What you will do
- Manage and support the delivery of short-lifecycle ICT/software projects, including planning, tracking, and resource management.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and live deployment.
- Be responsible for requirements gathering and documentation, scope definition, and managing change requests.
- Engage with business stakeholders and clients, provide regular status updates, and facilitate project meetings.
- Identify and track project risks and issues, escalating blockers to support resolution.
- Manage projects involving existing business systems and support bespoke developments and system enhancements.
Requirements
- Up to 5 years’ experience in ICT or software project delivery.
- IT Third Level qualification in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Project Management qualification (PRINCE2, PMP, PMBOK or similar) or working towards one.
- Experience supporting delivery of software implementation, enhancement, or bespoke development projects.
- Strong technical literacy and understanding of software delivery environments.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of programs and applications.
- High level of PC and IT skills, including hardware familiarity and usage.
