IT Service Delivery Manager

TL;DR

IT Service Delivery Manager: Delivering and managing enterprise IT systems, ensuring all required artefacts are met with an accent on stakeholder engagement, requirements management, and system validation. Location: Hybrid working in Gaydon, UK. Applicants MUST have proof of immediate, on-going and valid eligibility to work full time and travel within the UK.

Salary: £33.88 per hour (Inside IR35)

What you will do

• Deliver an enterprise IT system and all required artefacts.
• Develop a complete set of customer requirements.
• Develop and manage the end-to-end delivery plan.
• Manage requirements, enterprise architectures, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure system validation and project management tasks are completed.

Requirements

• Highly knowledgeable in deployment of enterprise IT systems.
• Full end-to-end experience of the software delivery cycle.
• Experience with IT quality management, governance approaches, and processes.
• Experience with requirements management systems (e.g., DOORS, TRM).
• Experience with requirements model-based systems engineering (e.g., MSOSA, SySML).
• In-depth knowledge of cyber/software security.
• Immediate, on-going, and valid eligibility to work full time and travel within the UK is required.
