What you will do

• Conform footage and manage color spaces.
• Perform I/O duties including ftp/Aspera transfers, ingest, and encoding.
• Maintain sequence edits and integrate visual effects shots.
• Ensure F-track and production databases are accurately updated with shot counts and references.
• Prepare sequence edits and reels for internal and client approvals.
• Create dailies, operate screenings, and perform shot retimes as needed.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a VFX editor assistant.
• Thorough understanding of VFX terminology, pipeline, color space, and LUTs.
• Experience with Hiero, Adobe Premiere, and knowledge of RV, Cinesync, F-Track.
• Experience with a variety of film and video formats, files, frame rates, codecs, and resolutions.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and solve problems with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.

• Technical background and experience in Resolve and Flame.
