What you will do

• Lead all aspects of diverse, very complex programs, working with business leaders to align strategies.
• Drive the execution of change and scale through collaboration with product and engineering leaders.
• Guide forums for check-ins with product teams, leadership, and strategic partners.
• Anticipate and remove obstacles that slow down or prevent programs from delivering goals.
• Manage work with multiple delivery teams using agile and traditional project management frameworks.
• Lead Project Managers to guide program deadlines and deliver products to market.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree is required.
• 10+ years of strong program management experience.
• Experience as a Product Manager and in engineering roles.
• High competency with software programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, SmartSheet, and Wrike.
• Ability to prepare realistic estimates of resource requirements and build strategic plans.
• Experience framing, establishing, and implementing product and solution scaling initiatives.

Nice to have

• MS or MBA is a plus.
