What you will do

• Define and prioritize backlogs, owning the analytical agenda for complex initiatives and aligning with stakeholders.
• Guide the team in research, deciding on appropriate data and suggesting new extraction methods.
• Influence decisions based on high complexity analysis with a high degree of uncertainty.
• Work autonomously to build solid databases for decision-making and risk calculation.
• Perform data extraction, modeling, and visualization using tools such as SQL, Python, and Scala.
• Command business understanding to prevent risks and create sound proposals.

Requirements

• Analytical capacity and experience with data analysis and hypothesis elaboration.
• Experience leading complex analytical projects and creating analytical frameworks.
• Strong business sense, understanding risks, opportunities, and product interactions.
• Problem-solving ability to structure solutions to business challenges.
• Ability to understand customer impact and align results with company purpose.
• Ease and speed of learning, mainly for tools.
