What you will do
- Brainstorm themes, stories, encounters, and discrete game design elements for narrative-based gameplay.
- Collaborate with Game Designers to develop, test, and refine design elements, then craft accurate game rules and reference materials.
- Contribute to design documentation and research.
- Write compelling game content such as magic items, monsters, and spells.
- Participate as an active, creative member of a cross-functional team, contributing ideas in brainstorms and playtests.
Requirements
- Demonstrated talent for creative writing, storytelling, and narrative design.
- Solid technical writing and editorial skills, including grammar, clarity, and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to adjust quickly, adapt to change, and collaborate in a lively creative environment.
- Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively, with strong time and project management skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail and dedication to accuracy, with curiosity, enthusiasm, and a motivation to learn, and a genuine love of games.

- Familiarity with Dungeons & Dragons.
- Experience creating TRPG content, rules systems, or worldbuilding material.
