Brand Manager (Mickey Thompson): Driving the brand’s integrated marketing strategy and ensuring consistent, insight‑driven consumer engagement across all channels with an accent on social/digital content, influencer programs, and event/sponsorship activation. Focus on leading agency partners, managing direct reports, and enhancing brand experiences at key motorsports and consumer events.
Location: Hybrid position in Stow, OH, US. Relocation assistance and sponsorship for work authorization are not available. Travel requirement: 15%.

What you will do
- Oversee and activate brand partnerships, sponsorships, influencer programs, and event marketing, collaborating closely with the Motorsports team.
- Lead the development and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies grounded in consumer insights and brand positioning.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and manage agency partners to deliver consistent, effective consumer communication.
- Build annual marketing plans, set KPIs, manage budgets, and identify growth opportunities using market research.
- Provide leadership to direct reports and guide external agencies to ensure seamless campaign development, execution, and measurement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing.
- 7 or more years of experience in Marketing or Product Management.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in marketing.
- Experience in a performance aftermarket marketing role.
- Prior experience managing others or leading a team.
- Experience leading the execution of marketing plans, managing budgets, and managing agency relationships.
- Experience with various social media platforms, influencer marketing, and digital marketing tactics.
