What you will do

• Process and reconcile daily transactions, including cash, corporate actions, security trades, and account closings.
• Maintain and update client records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Manage share register entries and generate tax reporting for clients.
• Assist in monitoring compliance with internal policies and external banking regulations.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
