Location: Hybrid in Milan, Italy (2-3 times per week in office)

What you will do

• Collaborate with the CPO to refine and execute the product vision and strategy for healthcare digitalization.
• Lead customer insight initiatives and market research to inform product development priorities and strategic roadmap.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and oversee the development lifecycle.
• Mentor junior product managers to foster a high-performing and innovative product team.
• Gradually take over strategic and operational responsibilities from the CPO, driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Technical Background: Solid technical foundation with basic coding skills and strong understanding of software development processes.
• SaaS Experience: Experience working in the SaaS industry with clear grasp of business models, product lifecycles, and customer needs.
• UI/UX Expertise: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, with a strong ability to translate user needs into intuitive, impactful digital experiences.
• Design Tools: Expert proficiency with Figma for creating mockups, wireframes, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts.
• AI Tools: Practical experience leveraging AI-powered tools (e.g., generative AI for design, research, prototyping, and content creation).
• Language Skills: C2 Italian and C1 English are a must.
