What you will do
- Manage Marine Automation Systems sales in Finland, focusing on IAS systems and other products.
- Lead direct and indirect sales processes to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Support the Head of Marine in defining and executing the marine growth strategy.
- Conduct market research to identify new marine customers and business opportunities.
- Analyze technical IAS enquiries and define scope and sales solutions in collaboration with the Business Unit.
- Collaborate with 's global marine sales network and Service organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Automation, Electrical, or related).
- +7 years’ experience in Marine Automation Systems sales in Finland.
- Solid understanding and experience from the marine industry and IAS systems.
- Ability to implement sales strategies and knowledge in contract negotiation.
- Fluent Finnish and English (mandatory).
- Availability to travel up to 50% of your working time mainly in Finland.
