TL;DR

HR Growth Partner (LATAM): Leading HR for the LATAM region, supporting managers and employees, and driving HR projects with an accent on navigating change and fostering adaptability. Focus on managing the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with local legislation, and actively contributing to regional HR project rollouts with a change management mindset.

Location: Onsite in Sao Paulo, Brazil, with responsibilities for HR operations across Buenos Aires, Argentina, and Mexico City, Mexico.

What you will do

  • Provide expert HR advice, guidance, and coaching to managers and employees on all aspects of HR.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring compliance with local legislation.
  • Lead on the design, review, and adaptation of HR policies to meet evolving business needs.
  • Actively contribute to the development, rollout, and success of regional HR projects, bringing a change management mindset.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of HR Business Partnering background with deep expertise in HR best practices, employment law, and managing through change.
  • A genuine hands-on approach and ability to proactively monitor the pulse of the organization.
  • Proven experience leading and supporting change management initiatives, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
  • Ability to influence and build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Highly adaptable, with a flexible mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • A data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong proactivity and a sense of initiative.
  • English: B2 required (CV submission in English required).
