What you will do

• Drive personal development of local Product Designers through regular check-ins, feedback, and goal setting.
• Support team members in applying best-practice methods and experimenting with new tools and technologies.
• Identify and address local process or organisational blockers to support team performance.
• Help advance the craft and embed product design across product, research, and marketing.
• Deliver user-centric and innovative product designs by using insights, thorough exploration, and aligning with key stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of UX/Product Design experience with at least 2 years in leading a team of designers and mentoring individuals.
• Highly proficient designer, visually strong, proficient with Figma, Design Systems, and prototyping.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaborative skills.
