What you will do

  • Collaborate with Account Managers, GSDC, Solution Specialists, and other cross-functional departments.
  • Manage the RFP process with the Sales Organization and drive upsell and cross-sell within named accounts.
  • Oversee GSDC Ops Quality and support service adaptation and utilization.
  • Attend customer calls and presentations as an expert resource and develop account plans to maximize opportunities.
  • Drive the resolution of escalations by working with customers, account teams, and internal support teams.
  • Support enablement for Account Managers on products, licensing, and services, and assist with customer setup and onboarding.

Requirements

  • Experience performing administrative tasks to support sales teams and manage daily workload efficiently.
  • Strong understanding of hirify.global's framework for selling products and services, with knowledge of the Software & Cloud portfolio.
  • Ability to utilize customer data to build relationships and derive insights for organizational direction.
  • Proficiency in analyzing financial information to forecast business conditions.
  • Experience applying global best practices and leveraging repeatable and scalable processes and systems.
  • Familiarity with frameworks and methodologies such as Agile, SCRUM, Lean, Six Sigma, Waterfall, and Kanban.
